I have a RO against my STBXW. Both me and my daughter(9) are protected parties. Child services has determined her to be a neglectful parent.

Mom has supervised visitation for 2 hours a day authorized by the court. But no other parental rights to school, medical or extra curriculars.

Today my daughter has a dentist appointment and as I remind her, she tells me that mom has been asking her every day if she has been to the dentist yet. I know that her asking my daughter everyday is a jab at me to imply that I'm not taking care of my daughter.

On visitation exchange my daughter tells her mom that she can stop asking her about the dentist everyday because we're going today.

I tell my ex that its extremely inappropriate to ask our daughter everyday about the dentist. My ex said our daughter doesn't know what she's talking about and she's only asked a couple of times, basically calling our daughter a liar in front of her face. As my ex tried to "explain" I stopped her and told her that she's overstepping her boundaries and she can stop with the back tracking.
