If all she broke was your heart and not also your family and your future then it could be worse. Gather your people around you, take care of your body, you'll heal. She's a woman you knew, and now she's gone. The rest with all the special names and symbols and promises and "institutions" is just stories, invented to make sure we have babies and do as we're told. You being like this is expected, nothing out of normality, it will get better, for now, accept it, let the time pass, you will get better. The brain got a big empty space and the logic and sentimental parts get berserk, like everyone says here, there is only way to fix it, and it's probably the one we like less: time, you have to wait, just stay strong, you are in command, don't let you brain fk around to much, it will anyway, but like said, it's normal, you get better, one day after the other, slow and steady. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, all are a victory!

Do you have a support network around you?

Please talk to people you know about this who you can confide in, speak to a solicitor and look into therapy.
