In Ontario, what’s the basis of the spousal support in the divorce? Is it the length of the marriage or the years cohabitated. Because in the Philippines, there is no divorce and me and my estranged wife are married since 2009(that’s 15 years now) but only cohabitated for 5 years (physically separated 12/2014) but there is no divorce in the Philippines.
