Tail end of divorce was only married 5 months, divorce has taken longer then our marriage. Have 1 child together. Went to mediation and reached agreement 50/50 custody i keep all marital debt and she gets 25k settlement and her car and detailed list of things from the house. Now she is refusing to sign divorce papers wanting more money. She doesnt think 283 a month to her is enough while I also pay 600 daycare monthly plus health insurance.

She is also trying to get an autism diagnosis for my daughter. While an assessment has already been conducted and she was labeled delayed. But she keeps pushing for autism. But also wont attend her speech and OT therapy sessions. I just want my daughter because I feel the reason for delays was mothers neglect while I was working rotating shifts and she was a stay at home mom.
