How are the responsibilities for extracurricular handled. Typically a divorce agreement states that if you agree on an extracurricular then you both pay, if one doesn't then the other just pay for all of it. In other words you don't have to support your kiddo attending $500/hr dancing lessons, unless that is explicitly stated in the agreement. Support payments are usually not meant to cover extracurriculars.

How long ago was the original decision? Sometimes there's a time limit where it can't be changed (1-2 years).
Did she file something yet? What does it say? Usually, its when you've got a raise that she'll try to modify.
If she's just trying to amend the marital settlement agreement or joint parenting agreement, then that's different than a support modification, which is a specific proceeding.
The usual counters to a support modification petition are: (1) make them disclose new financials to show their income; and (2) seek a co-parenting time modification (increase) which may adjust the overall support.
If she has clear evidence that your income's gone up or you didn't disclose a bonus or something - then those are usually difficult to fight.
