My stbxw and I don't communicate very good about our 4 year old child. My therapist had a suggestion we use some sort of journal and pass it back and forth at daycare. The journal is pretty basic, like meals and how our child slept. The therapist had a name for that type of journal and I could buy one mostly as a template. But I forgot what the therapist called the journal book. Has anyone else heard of this and knows what the journal book is called?
