So my it’s been almost 2 years since the divorce and my Ex still is weaponizing our only child together.

In those 2 years she has taken the child out of the state without notifying me 3 times that I can prove. Continuously bad mouths myself to our daughter, screams at her for little things and has basically tried to make my life a living hell.

Now we have a contempt hearing for the things she has done the only thing that can really be proven is the out of state trips without any notifications. Our daughter protects her because she is scared of her and also doesn’t want mommy to get in trouble even if she is being mentally abused.

Hopefully something comes out of the contempt hearing even if it’s just a wake up call for the ex that she can’t treat me this way because I left her.
