Next step for me is mediation. In my mind, the custody split needs to be agreed before anything else can be. Ie I don’t see any point trying to resolve asset division and child support/expenses with the the custody split agreed.

Following from this train of thought, if STBXW won’t accept my request for 50/50, we should fast track through mediation and head straight to court.

Is that thinking correct? (I’m in Australia, but the legal should be somewhat similar to US and UK)…
