Hi gents, curious as to what others have done. I’m just starting on the divorce journey, and am looking forward to it quite frankly (yeah, I’ll regret saying that)…

I have 3 kids, and I’ll end up paying child support. I’ll update my will soon to push all assets into a testimonial trust for the kids. But my child support payments will obviously stop. That’s not fair on the kids.

Has anyone set their estate up so there is still some sort of income going to the kids if you leave the planet?
