my ex-wife and her felon affair partner are expecting their child next month

currently, we have 50/50 of three children, although i have a pending motion for full custody and a hearing later next month

they currently only have one vehicle which seats 5; because of her mental illness, she feels compelled to bring Mr. Felon with her to exchanges but this will cause a problem after the baby comes since they'll only have 5 seatbelts for 6 people

how should i handle exchanges knowing that my children are going to be subjected to unsafe conditions without adequate safety harnesses? do i call the police every exchange and halt the exchanges? do i record the exchanges on video and that's it? need guidance
