Hello If the husband pays all the bills of the matrimonial house and wife does not but both work and make equal amount of money but wife gives her parents money and funds their home improvement and etc. After divorce does the judge and law consider the money paid out to other parties years ago by either one as husband could be on hook for division of half their money but wife does not have any money saved on paper.
