I’m trying to get my divorce settled but I received a proposal from her lawyer with the following terms. Joint custody, I see my son every other weekend. Not what I want but i tried. I have to pay $964 monthly based on table amount. Plus she wants me to pay 2/3 of daycare cost and 2/3 of section 7 expenses. The issue I have is the daycare and other costs. I’m already paying a huge support payment and due to a previous divorce I’m paying $1500 there. I’m living off of less than a pay check, one whole pay cheque essentially goes to support. Do i have any chance of at the very least not having to pay daycare costs or additional, especially when it doesn’t even benefit me?
