About a year and a half ago the wife and I divided our finances right done the middle. Now it is getting to the point where it's time to end the marriage and move on.

During that year and a half she completely went through ALL her money. She made a lot of bad decisions and lied to me about what was going on.

Needless to say things aren't too hot right now and separation/divorce is the next step.

The question is: Is my half of the money safe? For the year and a half we have been spreadsheeting expenses and money owed, mostly to me. We have no kids and own no property. We have no joint accounts.
