Guys,

After years of abuse by my wife, am trying to get out slowly. At this point she makes all decisions for kids etc an i am not allowed to be involved. Like right now she has taken my kids out to Italy for a vacation. She did email me the flight itinerary but I am unable to reach my kids on their cell phone. They don't answer texts nor voice obviously under the influence of the mom. I can check their location but nothing more.

Is there a way I should document these things like writing an email to her or screenshots of my texts to my kids? Will it help my case financially or child support or otherwise later? Im in one of the worst states for child-support btw.
