I live in Ohio one of two states in the country that currently does not allow post-nuptial agreements but that will be changing soon with legislation. We would like to live separately but maintain the marriage for health insurance purposes and to make it 10 years so that she will have social security coverage through me. That would be 3 more years to go.

Can we use postnuptial agreements to limit her access to my pension after this date and to separate our assets currently? Thanks
