So first lawyer, if you don't have one, talk to them about these issues. First thing is to get the kid into counseling and yourself (I have my 3 in, as well as myself) it looks good in court. If she refuses to let him go, the court will force it, and block her from stopping it. Really what you need is a 3rd party defending the kid, don't go at it as ex is doing this. Go at it as these are what I'm hearing from our son. This really concerns me, he needs his own advocate.

3years old is a hard age to be dealing with this stuff. I know the system where I live is crappy. They gave my ex a week or two notice if they went to check on her with the kids.. Only times that there's real evidence is from when she was living under my roof, and I 302'd her (Psych eval)

The primary thing is to get him to a counselor/psychiatrist if the kid starts telling them this kind of stuff. They'll go to court for the kid as well. In my area CPS got somewhat involved with my kids/case because of my ex (if they had gotten fully involved the first step if they see a serious problem is to take the kids)

One idea/option and it depends on the state, as it's illegal in some. Is to get him a nanny cam bear.. Make sure he keeps it with him. Ie where it would record audio/vid, only issue is many probably won't last 2 weeks, plus storing the video. It's something to consider, but you have to check with legality etc..

I know my SBX considers my family the devil spawn, and that we all lie and manipulate the system. I can also say no one in my family has ever ended up in jail.. (Most of her family has repeatedly (mostly dui's), apparently)

I will also say, that you should always know where your son is. If she's moved then fine she moved, but she should be alerting you of the new address, and phone # to contact him at. Try and call (vid call if possible) every other day at least. This will give you a chance to actually see him, and his environment. I mean with covid etc.. I know plenty of people have ended up moving in with other family members.. But she should be letting you know hey we'll be at x or Y..

Society is full of double standards that favor women. Just look at the Halley Barry and Adele divorces, or Amber Heard's DV against Johnny Depp. Reverse the genders and the media would be a circus targeting the men. /r/pussypass has way more traffic than /r/pussypassdenied.

If your STBXW was such a danger to your son, you would have taken action immediately at the time of the incident -- called the cops, taken the child to the ER to be examined by physicians (who are mandatory reporters), etc. Your lack of action speaks volumes about the "danger". That's how officers of the court see through your accusations (and hers).

Instead of disparaging the mother, you have to demonstrate to the GAL why you are SuperDad.
