I am just wondering legally how I can keep my wife from taking our Toddler out of state to visit her family for Christmas. The only reason I ask is bc she/her family do absolutely nothing and I am the primary provider. They send gifts but don’t spend quality time with him, let alone any time.

Texas here, btw. Can I just take him to my parents and dare her to come take him from me?
