My stbxw filed an epo against me recently, need info on how this will affect my situation.

Main points: been separated 2 months. She moved in with new boyfriend the day we separated.

She gave me full custody of our child with 3 days a week supervised visitation for her, she gave me my home, the papers are signed by her but not finalized.

I have been supervising the visitation until a week ago when we got into an argument and i told her we would have to get a different supervisor. She was furious about that and has now filed an epo stating i assaulted her and she diesnt feel safe around me and wants emergency custody of our child.

Questions: is our signed agreement legally binding despite not being finalized? For example, can i use the signed agreement as proof she signed away custody during my court date? Can the police take my child from me before my court date? And lastly, what should I expect on my court date? Should i show my evidence of her abuse towards me/our child or does that matter for the epo?

I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow but i want as much info as possible.
