Hi, so my ex may withhold my children tonight; they texted me an hour before pick and sent me a list of their demands. My ex likes to attempt to control past the marriage and play head games. My attorney is dragging their feet and has ghosted me for about 10 days (still charged me $94-$95.)

Long story short ex texted me that I have to return the kids back tomorrow night. The reason is they have a Doctor's appointment the next day. One, I have eyeballs, a brain, ears, and a car seat, and I can drive, so that's not happening. Two I can meet you there. It's my four days and nights, not yours.

If my ex withholds them technically, if I call the PoPo, they can't do much. I mean, technically, I can say my ex hit me (right then & there no LoL majority of our marriage, sure, ha, but lying won't look good with the police.)

My goal is to avoid the topic till I have the children. If my ex brings it up at pick up, I will have to put my ex in a hot spot where she will have no choice but to give me the kids or look bad in front of the kids (I hate to do that, but you forced my hand).

Any advice?

On a side note going to probably enrage my ex by not returning a dress to my ex. I bought the dress I knew she wouldn't give it to me. So I said going to need the dress to take pictures of my child. I never said I was going to return it.
