As the title says, the final court date for my divorce has been scheduled for early December (Christmas is going to be interesting to say the least). I'm scrabbling to provide as much ammo as I can to show that i'm the primary caretaker of my child. I'm aiming for 50/50 with myself as the primary. I'm just wondering if there is anything I should providing from your experience, or if I can do anything to make this go as smoothly as possible. I have representation while my wife doesn't, so I have no clue what curveballs she'll throw when we're in the courtroom. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
