Anyone have any success stories they want to share in reference to a new life and relationship?

53 and divorced for about a year. Still trying to get my feet underneath me.

My X ultimately did me a favor and I don’t miss her at all.

I did like being married and wonder what, or if , there are any real chances of finding an honest relationship with an actual grownup, not a psycho that was just looking for a payout.

Don’t get it confused, I’m not looking to rush back into anything. My neighbors keep trying to set me up and I keep turning them down. Just not there yet. Trying to work on my life first.

The internet is seriously depressing, and I’m just not interested in online dating.

Online dating looks and sounds like an absolute dumpster fire.
