Already had our temporary orders in Dallas county. I get my 4 year old 7pm Sunday till 6pm Thursday and soon to be ex wife will get her the other days. I am currently representing myself since I don’t make much but wife has a lawyer. Wife slipped up and said she has to pay her lawyer what she owes if she wants services, so that tells me she is behind a bit on payment. She’s been trying to settle outside of the court room and on our own because of this financial drainage. She took out some of her stocks and investments which is a no no I thought in divorce cases and I asked for spousal maintenance before and was denied because we only have been married for 8 years. I make 48k as a private school teacher at my child’s school and she makes 68k as a public school teacher.

Is there a way I can file for anything to make the financial hardship tougher on her? I know it sounds like a Dbag move but strategically in the court room she might give in and give me what I want and need. We have a social study fee coming up and I have to pay 700 and she has to pay 900.

What I want on this divorce is my child 8am Monday till Friday morning/afternoon. I want to be able to live in adjacent counties to Dallas so I won’t be restricted in the job market, I want to split our debt 55/45 because she committed adultery as to why our marriage is failing, even tho I tried keeping us together like a dummy, and I also want her to pay me spousal maintenance of $500 a month until August. Is there a way to do this?
