In cali.. I recall seeing something along the lines of if one person moves out.. and doesn't continue to pay on a mortgage.. that it is abandonment? Can someone elaborate on that a bit.. how long does it take, etc? I don't make enough to pay the mortgage for more than a month. If SO doesn't help, the house could go in to foreclosure. I would be fine to sell it.. assuming it becomes mine because SO isn't paying.

What happens if they do pay, but move out... no separation, etc.. just moves out. Is that still abandonment?
