Married 21 years, 4 kids, She’s been SAHM for the past 17 years. We bought a new expensive house and she said she’d help by going back to work. She’s since said, nope, I’m not working. That was the final straw and I filed.

My question is, does the court/judge actually care she didn’t do what was expected as a sahm? What things do sway them? I don’t want to go to court, so if it’s not going to sway them, I can probably settle on something. Edited for clarity
