Just concluded mediation yesterday…need guidance and direction

It totally sucks man but it’s also a new chapter. Why in the world do you want someone who would do something so horrible? Why would you want to be with that person? As someone a couple years out, maybe more, I’m amazed at how many women there are that are 1 million times better.

I’m free to do what I love without the bullshit that comes with me ex wife’s judgements. I don’t have to try to keep her happy or handle her crap.

I am with much hotter women. I have peace of mind and clarity.

You’re in the fucking worst of it right now. When I was there it was basically impossible for me to see the it will pass. But it did. All things pass. The struggle and pain WILL pass. You will get through it and over it. You sure af don’t want to be with this awful human.

Don’t fall into the trap of missing the idea of a good marriage. It’s dead. Look directly at what it is and not what you wish it was. The truth is that she is awful and she didn’t even try to work on the marriage. She chose dick over love. She lacks empathy. None of that shit is good.

What you need to do is lift heavy weights. Please be fine doing this right away. I promise you that 6 months you’ll be in great shape and in a year you will have women throwing themselves at you. You will be enjoying hobbies. You will get through this.

Good luck man and know you’re not alone. Know that it gets so much better.

I’d like to add going Gray Rock on her ass. No texting, yelling, insults… no matter how hurt you are. It only hurts you and gives her the upper hand. Would you willingly give her power over you? Because you are. It gets easier. Hit the gym like a maniac, and evict her from your mind. It gets waaay better, but only you have the power to change it.
