Need some help and advice here.

My partner has recently told me she no longer feels the same and wants to move on.

I'm gutted but I'm not angry with her. Can't help how you feel right.

This is where I'd love some help though. We have a house together that is owned 50/50. However, she was not involved in the checks it was all me, I paid a 35k deposit myself, I have paid the mortgage, I have recently taken a 20k loan too for home improvements.

I will now be buying her out of the mortgage by remortgaging. But I'm unsure how much she is owed?

I belive 80k is owned so would assume 40k each?

However am I right in saying, legally I am entitled to the 35k that I put in and the repayment of the loan I put into the house so 55k and then we split only the house profits that would total 25k split 2 ways?

Does anyone know or been through anything similar?
