Go to therapy to learn about your feelings and how to cope with them. Most importantly, please avoid alcohol, drugs. I only vape as it helps with the stress, but alcohol is your worst advisor in such times.

Go to therapy. I was in your shoes and it sucked in the beginning. But after going to therapy, going to the gym and other activities, and surrounding myself with a great support group I was able to move on and better myself. Don't beat yourself up for this. Just continue to be a father for your son and be present in his life. Time heals all wounds.

I hope you are able to get therapy. There's a lot of things you need to work that pain into. Rebuild yourself and don't soke into sad thoughts. Keep busy. Keep being grateful to be alive. If your not part of some mens club join one. Sometimes you will understand your experience is reliable and you need to keep moving and rebuilding yourself

Bro, it sucks. It’s super hard. The tried and true advice is to build yourself back up. Hit the weights, move your career forward, get therapy, get into a routine of self improvement. Not because you’re not good enough but because you deserve better and you gotta set yourself up for a better future while you white knuckle through a shitty present.

It’s really hard to not just hit the bottle and languish, trust me I did it and it made things harder in the long run. There’s no way around it, this sucks. One foot in front of the other bro. Just make progress where/ when you can.
