Wife hadn't completed her divorce until after we had been married for 5 years . Now they had filed for divorce before we got married and her decree has the date all over it. The legal issue is she used her previous marriage name (notorized) after we are married .

Second issue 1st marriage for her in ca , us in nv live in VA . All over the place . Lawyer hired but not confident in his advice on this and should actually be forgery in my opinion .
