Wife says she wants out, ok fine. Then she says she wants me to move out, my name is on the house loan, she is not on it at all. She is only on the deed. She says she’s not leaving and it would be irresponsible for me to let her leave the house. I told her she can’t afford the house, she says that’s what divorce and alimony is for.

I’m not leaving because it’s considered abandonment and I’m not leaving because I’m not giving up on the kids and my home.

Any advice on how to proceed?
