My wife (for now) is addicted to Instagram and has been flirting with a lot of former colleagues in her DMs and posting "single strong women" memes, etc. Perimenopause made her a different person. Now she wants to be "seen" and sexualized by everybody (except me) since starting HRT. Im not blaming social media, but it can definitely feed the sexual narcissist in people....both genders.

Block her and any mutuals or Switzerland friends. Problem solved. She doesn’t deserve access to your life anymore. She’ll just use whatever she can against you, and flaunt her “living her best life”. Blocking her provides peace. That should be your focus now…enhancing your peace. Also be wary of any new friend requests after as she may make a fake account to keep tabs. Lawyers will absolutely bring screenshots of your social media out at trial.

Only problem i ran into is my ex let guys in her dms and it really went to hell from there. After that was her puttin our business out for the world to see. Which i had her remove quick.
