It’s been a minute since I posted in here as my process is on pause until we end up in front of a judge (She refuses to settle). But, quick tip for those that might be living with a STBX. Noise canceling headphones.

My STBX made it a point talk loudly in the other room on the phone to future boyfriend and other contacts. I’m absolutely certain I was meant to hear certain things. While exercising radio silence with her in the house, I bought a good set of noise canceling headphones and then a Bluetooth adapter for my TV/receiver. I’m sure she wasn’t happy I could really tune her out at that point.

Luckily STBX moved out a couple months ago and it’s been really peaceful in the house.
