My state requires mandatory disclosure for contested divorce. Both parties already submitted everything according to the rules. I just received Interrogatories and Requests for the Production of Documents. Most of this has either already been furnished, or are things that are obvious to my wife already, like the names, DOBs, SSN for everyone in my household. They apparently need to know exactly what days I have worked and how many hours on which days for like a year. Is this just to frustrate me? My lawyer wants to know what I should ask in kind. Part of me wants to return the favor. This is such a waste of time and money.
