My(36m) wife(34f) and I are amicable in the divorce. I signed with the lawyer this past Monday and my wife is awaiting the papers. We are wondering if we can go ahead and put the house up for sale in hope to get it sold before winter and the divorce over with asap. I asked my lawyer if this would be okay but haven’t heard back.
