I think that some men, do not file for divorce as they want to keep their spouse as an option. Some men are fed up with routine,and life in general. Some men are liars and they have a lover whom might be doing things for and risking losing their family and their entire lives for them. It’s hard to tell if he would come back!! Just give it time and work on YOU!! Sometimes we get these opportunities in life to do a “DO OVER” Observe, be a friend to him and when the focus is on YOU, He will react!! Here’s something tough to hear. I read what you posted. I feel the odds are he is seeing other women casually. Unless he has no time between work and the 3 kids.

-helping females train - he’s in great shape -not talking to you -moved out without explanation

By not communicating he doesn’t have the chance to feel guilty. Again this is just what I think.

But his girls live with him at this new apartment? And go back forth with his ex? How does this whole dynamic work?
