So here's my previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Divorce\_Men/s/vki1cjeRpG

Update: co-parenting is going well. We've been very civil & cordial... she's been going to therapy & even got her driver's permit & applied to jobs (early 30's) (I didn'thold her back from getting a license, her mom did). She told me she's been enjoying the independence & felt trapped in our marriage & didn't like the idea of not earning the things she's acquired through the marriage. She doesn't like the fact everything is given to her... (hearing this made me so proud of her). Everything seems like it's going good... but i think I'll be stuck in this married Separation situation for at least 6 months... I've been following the advice of all these marriage failure ads which is kinda funny...

Guys, if you're in a Separation. Focus on yourself. These ads are for expensive counseling sessions & more tuned for guys who aren't researchers, or don't have time, or that need an awakening in a different environment. They have their purpose. But if you're interested & open to listening to them. You should research & take things from each of them & becareful not to force things on her.

Anywho, I wanted to ask you guys... the advice I'm getting from my therapist is to keep doing what I'm doing, don't expect her to return, focus on my health, focus on my kids etc & go out & socialize & make new friends to help get this funk out of my head. My problem is I'm an introvert. My old sports groups don't meet & split & idk where to start... I used to do a lot of hobbies, but most of them don't have groups to do them with like wood working & smithing & gaming. I'm in my 40's too. Any advice?
