So I get home today and she starts in with naming my fathers and sisters bank and then says a lot of money is going sideways in a sarcastic tone. I didn’t attend my sisters deposition so maybe she is just saying to get me upset. Yes I may have removed my name from a few of their accounts after my Mom passed but I never deposited anything as far as marital assets or withdrew to use for anything. Their money is their money. I always had my career and worked and supported myself. I was only on those accounts to avoid probate should something happen to them.

Just mimicking what judge said at first pre-trial settlement conference which was “If I find any money going sideways I will compensate the other side”.

Also she saw a Columbia ultraviolet shirt that I use for when I go fishing in my laundry which I got from Cabellas outdoor store with a Christmas gift card from work. She sarcastically goes”Oh I see you got a Columbia shirt” . She must have looked up price which runs around 50 bucks. She was always jealous whenever I would get something for myself. This from a woman who went out and spent 20k at Macy’s on household items right after being served divorce summons. I had no idea if she was moving or what. It’s all in the shed now.

Court settlement conference one week from tomorrow which I see on the online docket. I don’t see the July trial date listed which they gave us in April. It leads me to believe that the judge doesn’t want to set it in stone as they like to get things to come to a settlement and not go through all the bull involved in hearing things in a trial.

Filed May 2017 and down to only 2 more months of legal untanglings. Tell me this will be resolved soon.

On a lighter note looking forward to work tomorrow as a former coworker from a different company and I are headed down one state to work on a project. Taking the “Vette”🏎. Which I have knowledge that she wants🙄.
