Frustrated by the Move-Out Delay

My ex-wife is agonizingly close to finally moving out, but she's holding off until she receives her buyout funds.

The payment was sent to her attorney on July 30, and their office reportedly deposited it on August 3—only for the lawyer to immediately leave on vacation. Once the legal fees are settled, she should just be paid out so everyone can move on.

It feels like the attorney is unnecessarily dragging their feet, and it's driving me crazy. I'm so close to the finish line and just want this chapter closed.

Seeking Advice

Has anyone dealt with legal roadblocks or delays during a divorce buyout? I am looking for advice on how to legally expedite the move-out process when things stall out at the very end.
