File for divorce in April my spouse had purchased a new house. My attorney knew my spouse was purchasing a house. It came very high conflict divorce at 25 years discovered inappropriate relationship with a coworker and hundreds of thousands of dollars have gone missing between that I did not know she had gotten any $200,000 Covid loan does a $90,000 loan when we refinance our house there was a big bonus when a company got sold. I have tax return to control over $1 million in 23 years income. We have nothing to show for it. We actually owe $100,000 more on our house than we did when we purchased 12 years ago but a month into divorce she goes and purchased a new house for $800,000 and then stop paying the mortgage on our original house. It’s obvious money disappeared that I can prove from the bank statements and the taxes because there’s nothing to show for it. My concern is my attorney not going after her new house being quiet about it. I can prove hundreds of thousands of thousand missing she purchased a new house in the middle of a divorce or we’re still married using marital funds. she just immediately have gone to. She needs to prove where this money came from. My attorney has not done anything about it or even bought it up. I returned him and beginning of December.
