I think we have to allow our selves to make mistakes. There are things that are difficult that I never anticipated.

Take one task at a time. The divorce will take a lot of energy. This reddit is a great resource for advice, vent, etc. I moved back to my dream state that I should have never left in the first place. Start with the basics job, food, and housing. Even temp housing, I stayed at an extended stay hotel for months and am extremely close to getting a more permanent place. I had the same job which is even better. Food came with the job. I was overwhelmed at first but had to just to focus on one task at a time.
For your mental health get some therapy if you can. Don't drink, and try and get some hobbies. Will help to adapt to your new normal. Will be a tough time but if I could manage it anyone can.

This group is a great start. Lots of lessons and knowledge in here. It’s oddly comforting seeing so many people go through it. As far as staying sane, cardio, limit alcohol and focus on self improvement. Make sure to come out of this thing better.
