Going through divorce wife called the cops over an argument. No arrests were made. I wasn’t removed from the house. I have been a stay at home father since medical retirement from the military. I’m 100% disabled from the military.

We had a temporary hearing the judge looked through my credit card statements and the judge scrutinized three separate purchase of alcohol while failing to consider the numerous purchases for groceries.

I was given two weeks to move out of the marital home that was purchased with my VA loan. I was only given every other weekend visitation and every other Wednesday dinners with my kids. My wife makes 3x more than I do and I was ordered to pay child support. I was denied an advance from assets to move out. I also requested to stay in the basement and that was rejected as well.

What actions can I take in this case? I’m not rolling over. I want 50/50 and a fair split of the assets.
