My stbxw and I are not going through courts (as far as I know). We don't have the money for attorneys nor would we have the ability to attend court meetings and such for a resolution...

So we're doing this as we can. She kicked me out forcefully, even though legally I'm not suppose to go. But unfortunately I believe she's made out her new life as planned without me.

Now I'm living with a roommate, injustvstarted a new job and it's not paying well rn. At least for a bit til I get some raises. But my stbx is suggesting I get a second job cause the money I'm sending her isn't enough...

Now I didn't want the divorce at all. I wanted to work on it and come to a restart in our marriage, but she's decided she no longer wants me and is probably talking to someone else even though we're still married...

But my kids are taken care of. They have everything they need and more as she makes a lil but more than i do now, and also receives gov assistance for food and bills..

So should I be getting a second job? Should I be wasting my life to support her lifestyle? Cause in the end that's what I'll be doing...providing her with the means to live a life better than what she had when I was there just cause she claims it's for the kids... meanwhile I'll never have any free time..

It just didn't seem fair to me.. especially cause she claims it's been so difficult for her to make this decision... am I missing something?

Or am I just a fucking idiot?
