My future ex wife is not wanting to talk about custody. We have a hearing coming up next week and we are both asking for full custody because my main goal was to get 50/50 custody.

I'm totally fine to talk and even get a custody more in her favor if we can work it out. She just keeps pushing the conversation away and just reaches out to talk about how miserable she is.

My question is why???? She is the one that does not want to work things out and I have come to terms with it and I'm ready to heal.

If we do end up getting 50/50 custody, I'm gonna keep it as is. She moved away and 50/50 won't work for her and I tried talking about it.
