I'm based in the UK, still love with the STBX and we both work full time.

I have worked from home since his birth and she has gone in a few days a week.

We do a day each for bedtime. We both make dinners, wash clothes etc but she does probably 70% I do 30%. I have the much stronger bond with him and have to tell her what to do, this has been the case since day 1, as she struggled at the start.

Both fine financially, she is the higher earner with more in the bank.

Mediation failed, as she wanted me to have him every other weekend, which was painful to even hear, plus we are disagreeing where we move to.

She has been trying and saying all sorts, but nothing of substance, as its all to get a reaction.

What are my chances? She is 4.5 years old.
