Well my mom who knows identify as a feminist deny that male rape exists, I also showed her a video of a young boy being gang raped (by enveloppement) by three girls and she completely disregarded it and deemed it fake.

My mother believes all women are victims of evil, sex crazed men. She refuses to believe male rape, misandry etc. Is real. We are indians, every time I tell her about our country's gynocentric laws against men, she says because men deserve it. Now my little sister is also starting to follow in her footsteps. It's good that she isn't an actual feminist, or i would be cooked.

To be fair, almost all women and most of men based on my empirical observations tend to misandric in nature.

My own mother also sometimes slips in how women are superior, how men are dumber than women, and also was "jokingly" celebrating how COVID was killing men disproportionately even though she is a medical professional herself. Even growing up I saw teachers tell how boys are dumb and can't behave properly, and most of them were mothers themselves and probably had sons.

Most people do have a hatred of men very possibly due to the fact they have observed or have been a part of some crime committed by men or see about it on the news regularly. There is nothing wrong with being wary around strangers due to safety concerns and I don't consider it misandry, however, it's just ridiculous to conflate those two together and use it to hate on and discriminate against an individual based on their innate characteristics, especially in contexts where it's completely unnecessary.

It's a very small percentage of the male population that commits those crimes or feels that way, for the vast majority of us extreme violence or perversion is just completely alien and unrelatable.

Hating on males will only alienate these younger boys and men further and for the mentally deranged who commits these crimes, they already probably don't care about what others' opinions are.
