Women haven't changed one bit, have they? Still complaining about getting paid less than men and being more underemployed despite being more college educated? No trust me. Women are still more likely to be underemployed and paid less than men even after "outnumbering" men in college. Even in College, men statistically go for higher paying college degrees while women go for lower ones. And before any one says "well STEM is holding back women". Except, there are several programs to get more women in STEM. For example, at my school, there was a program to get more women in STEM and only women were allowed and then, there was the STEM stravaganza. So I'm tired of the echo chamber that STEM is holding back women. Even with all the programs, women are still underrepresented. Problem isn't that STEM is holding back women. The problem is, women don't want to do STEM. Also, statistically, men work more high paying jobs (business, engineering, etc.) and work longer hours so of course they will be paid more than women. Also, many women are just womanchilds. When it's a male dominated field, they blame sexual harassment. When it's a female dominated workplace, they blame Queen Bee Syndrome. Like what is ever their fault? It seems many women are just finding excuses to not work. Not to mention, statistically, female bosses are harder on women than male bosses. I mean, why blame men when most of the time in workplaces, women are either mostly the perpetrators or victims of psychological abuse, and other stuff? It's obviously the way women are raised that's the problem (not all) and I'm sick of men being blamed for every problem, women have.
