It’s ironic that a post claiming to be about "emotional growth" is so focused on generalizing and dismissing an entire gender. The idea that therapy is the only path to being a good person is a weird form of gatekeeping that ignores how many men actually do work on themselves that don't involve therapy. Therapy isn't the only path to being a good person. Hell, many other people including women dont go to therapy at all.

Then, the post makes up a "fundamental incompatibility" based on a semantic trick about the word "partnered," which is really just a way to assume the worst intentions in men or anyone in general without any proof.

Finally, reducing a relationship to a financial transaction (where you only keep a man or anyone around if he’s or they're "likeable" enough to offset his or their lack of "utility") is exactly the kind of shallow, transactional thinking that makes modern dating feel so exhausting for everyone in the first place.

1) Vain generalization + victim blaming as men get actively condemned for going to therapy. 2) Actually it's vice versa. Men pursue either fair trade relationships "I make money and you make houswork" or equal relationships with both partners working and sharing houswork. On the other hand a lot of women seek for a servant husband or a husband who is able to hire servants. 3) Women still tend to leave their jobs after marriage. Women can work now but seemingly don't want to.

Therapy is not the only solution to people’s problems. For many people, therapy doesn’t fully work, and some issues can’t be solved by a therapist at all. So telling someone “just go to therapy” can come across as insensitive or dismissive.
Saying one side wants “partnership” and the other wants “to be partnered” is not accurate. In most relationships, both people want both things. A relationship cannot work if only one side is giving or only one side is receiving. For example, a strict 50/50 split in everything is not realistic, and constantly expecting one person to provide emotional support will eventually drain them. A healthy relationship needs balance from both sides.
Saying men now need to be likeable is also not correct. Men have always needed to be likeable in some form, whether through status, resources, personality, or social skills. This is not something new.

The hell? Therapy doesn’t work for everyone. Men and women have different brains, different ways of solving issues. It just so happens talking about things doesn’t do it for most guys so we don’t seek it out. ‘Emotionally outgrown’ talking about your emotions and letting them run rampant isn’t emotional maturity.
Women do not want partnership by and large, they actually rank marriage as one of the lowest desires. If I don’t pay for the date, I don’t get a second. Not even joking. If I don’t put substantially more effort in, or even express basic needs, i tend to get broken up with. Every relationship I’ve been in tends to cater towards the woman. Any time the idea of more equal treatment comes up women act like men want to be pampered… It’s such a blatant projection it shows a complete lack of empathy for the male position.
Like I said above, women still hold traditional expectations or you don’t tend to get a second date. So while they have money now, they sure as fuck still want you to pay for everything or want you to make that much more... ‘Likeable’ has nothing to do with dating success. The biggest scumbags I know always had a woman around, while some of the most genuinely kind men I know just struggle. Morality/niceness actually tends to make men do worse in dating.

This is argument is so pathetic and delusional. 1. men don't need to be going to therapy, the problem isn't a lack of therapy. Trying to romanticize or weaponize therapy for men instead of just treating men with more empathy or kindness, as a way to fault them for everything, is very unhealthy and dishonest. Women are not emotionally outgrowing men, they just think they are because other women are validating everything they do/say.

The idea that women want partnership while men want to be partnered is pretty laughable, because most women look at men in relationship in a very one-dimensional way. As in "what can he do for me?". That's not partnership, that's looking to be fathered. Most men are looking for partnership, they're looking at both what they can do for women and what women can do for them.
All this demonstrates is that women lack a fundamental appreciation for men. They are raised to be hateful and resentful. Women making money now should increase the amount of men that are available to them, because they are no longer bound by income. Instead, what you are seeing is women becoming more selective as they make more money, and judging men more by their income as they make more money. That demonstrates that women still expect men to provide a certain life for them, and a certain level of income, instead of valuing men for who they are.

These kind of posts from women shows a lot of obliviousness, and a lack of emotional maturity.
