Personally I don’t really agree with the ethics of the sex industry because I think it’s dehumanising, and I also think it’s strange how it’s seen as liberating? I thought feminists were against women being objectified… yet they’ll support the sex industry which is built on objectification of women?

And yes, that I Hypocrite page is very right-wing (they do a lot of that “woman bad” thing, as well as “black person bad”…) and a bit of a conservative circlejerk. But this response “men are kinda noncey”, I just find a real overgeneralisation. But at the same time, 18 is the legal age so whilst it may be creepy that some men are fawning over her, calling it noncey is factually inaccurate.

Also where were these people when 30-something year old Caroline Flack was dating 17 year old Harry Styles? We were told to “be kind” after Flack’s death and people defended that relationship by saying “16 is legal in the UK”… these were the same people who say “legal doesn’t mean morally correct” when it’s about a man being attracted to and/or dating an 18 year old.

And then underneath the whole “follow me for more criticism of men” is just extremely immature and childish.
