1: It's not adultery, it's rape. If someone cannot refuse or is a slave and cannot refuse sex without punishment it's rape.

2: 2:223 - Is explicit in condoning marital rape and there is no punishment for the man:

"A wife has a general obligation (haqq) to make herself sexually available to her husband (except for valid reasons like illness, menstruation, postpartum, or fasting in some contexts). Forcing compliance in the absence of such excuses is not classified as rape (zina bil jabr)"

"Traditional Islam grants husbands a right to sex within marriage that wives cannot refuse without consequence"

"Hadith (Sahih Bukhari and Muslim): Narrated by Abu Hurayrah: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning." Another version: Allah is angry with her until the husband is pleased."

There is no punishment for raping your wife but the wife will be cursed for her refusal, and you can explicitly "force" compliance.

What is your definition of rape? The husband doesn't force himself and he still raped her? How does this make me dishonest? Please don't accuse me without providing evidence

And these accusations wouldn't make what I may have brought of truth falsehood, I plead you to focus on what I said

Scholars say intercourse is a right of both spouses not just the husband, from them who even say the curse also applies to the husband if he refuses to have intercourse with her, did she rape him then?

What is the source of what you quoted? Whose fatwa is this? What does zina bi al jabr have to do with the discussion? Just because it's not zina, doesn't mean it's permissible.

2:223 is not "explicit in condoning marital rape"

the word أنى in the ayah is "from where" so the meaning is approach your wife from wherever you want and the tafaseer mention this refers to the position of intercourse, so how does it allow rape?

If you don't find that convincing, here is from another perspective, do you believe the ayah allows for killing for example? What if a man wanted to approach his wife by killing her, what if he had a fetish for that, you think that's allowed in Islam? No punishment for killing your wife in Islam then? And what do you mean by punishment? Capital punishment? There are many things that are impermissible in Islam that don't have capital punishment eg Lying.

Do you believe a threesome is allowed in Islam since the husband can approach "however" he wants?
