Sounds about right. I found it early 20s and then matured out of it. I assume most will grow out of it eventually. I was in a mgtow discord one time where there were dudes in their 30s and 40s but they were so far gone they were banging sex dolls and shit. It was disturbing. I ended up finding out that the main dude in the discord had been severely abused by his mother as a child. These guys are just people with childhood trauma unable to work it out and adapt to the real world.

Most people in these type of groups are teenagers and young adults. During these years boys are emotionally vulnerable to ideologies and belonging to a group, especially if you get rejected, have bad experiences, bullied etc, you look at communities like the redpill/mgtow and get sucked into it, thinking you need to be a Chad to get women, and spewing all of the talking points too. They get stuck in the rage stage, and then they grow out of it after time. Most grow out of it in their mid 20s, after realizing that its dumb to be mad about all of that.

I believe it skews younger, it's easy for a young person looking for answers to stumble in and get swept up in a belief system. Looking at some of the channels it's apparent the older content creators are some combination of mentally ill, weird, ugly, suffered from child abuse. They will always struggle with themselves and interacting with others.

Totally agree, I avoid them if I have a female user name because they always become abusive trolls, so why bother. I used to be subscribed to a relationship advice subreddit and was seriously disturbed by all the young virgin men out there who are terrified of even dating because they have subscribed to MGTOW or red pill. These boys have never even dated!

They have absolutely no experience with women and are accepting this red pill stuff like religious dogma. I don't get it, why are so many inexperienced men attracted to this nonsense? It only further divides us, gives us an "us vs them" mentality as well as encouraging a Narcissistic viewpoint that men are better than women.
