I just discovered this sub, and finally found a community on the same journey as I. Anyone who's formed beliefs deep inside them by following the Red Pill community has to read Dr Glover's book. It's been recommended many times, and it should be recommended many times more.

Red Pillers become attached to beliefs, as you know, ones like all women are stupid and are only good for sex, women are only attracted to you if you have certain physical features, lifting and mewing more will make you more of a man, and many others. The only reason they would create these thought processes and ideologies is because of an inherent issue of dealing with the pain they feel. This pain was caused by childhood events that moulded the way they think as an adult, which causes pain to them in real life. It's all the red pill is, dealing with a confusion they don't understand about the world around them.

Dr Glover reveals to you why Nice Guys, who I would identify them as being Red Pillers because of the similarity of beliefs, act the way they do, how the brain of a nice guy is different from that of a healthy, emotionally strong person. No More Mr Nice Guy will show you how wrongfully these thoughts come about, so that you know where to stop it before it becomes a way of thinking. It's one of the most helpful sources in reclaiming who I am, and thus, how I can deal with the world around me, in a healthy, mature, and strong manner, based on truth and reality. Highly recommended.
